OUR STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To win souls to Jesus and membership in his family, develop them to Christ-like maturity, and equip them for their ministry and life mission in the world in order to magnify the name of the Lord by showing our love for him by sacrificing our money for his great kingdom.

  • Membership: We win souls for God into our church family.

  • Maturity: We educate God’s family through teaching.

  • Ministry: We demonstrate God’s love through our service.

  • Mission: We communicate God’s word through evangelism.

  • Magnify: We celebrate God’s presence through praise and worship.

  • Money: We demonstrate God’s love through our giving.

OUR VISION

To provide all races, creeds, and cultures with Christ-centered worship, ministry, and educational campus.  Through a multiplicity of dynamic support ministries, we will meet the needs of Christians and non-Christians throughout the world.

OUR FOUNDERS

Elder W.G. Baylor married Mattie E. Triplett on January 24, 1950.  They moved to St. Louis, Missouri later that year.  Upon arrival, they became members of the Rose of Sharon Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend George W. Clark.

In 1957, through a series of divine revelations, Elder W.G. Baylor acknowledged God as a higher power in his life.  To that date he had never sat under the preaching of a Pentecostal preacher.
